    So, we've got two different ways to help you out:

    1. Staffing - We charge a small service fee based on each employee's monthly salary. This fee includes finding, hiring, admin, payroll, training, support, and even a free replacement if needed. No hidden fees or long-term commitments. You only pay if we find you the right person.

    2. Headhunting - A one-time flat fee once we find the perfect candidate for you. Plus, we give you a 60-day guarantee for a replacement if needed.

    With both options, you only pay if we find you someone awesome you want to hire.

  • You can pay directly through us (most popular) or we can connect you with one of our payroll partners.

  • You don't have to deal with any UK employment laws / taxes when hiring full-time remote contractors. They aren't UK-based so no visas or sponsorships to deal with either.

  • If you're not satisfied with your hire within the first 60 days, we'll team up with you to do another search for the same role at no extra cost.

  • They've got great English skills and are already experienced with remote work.

    Plus, all our candidates we send are very familiar with western culture, so you'll likely have a lot in common with your new Filipino coworkers.
